Today I’m Sharing my First Blog Post! Bear with the Basic Post! I want a spot for my Youtube Subscribers to be able to find my recipes easily. Some I have written out. Some are Through a link. Enjoy!

Poor Man's Steak

3lb Ground Beef 1 cup Saltines, crushed 1 cup milk 1/3 cup chopped onion 2 tsp Greek seasoning 3\4 Tblsp Salt. 1 1/2 tsp Pepper

Mix together , press into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Then cut into serving sizes and grill slightly.

Sauce Recipe: 2 cans Mushroom soup 1 Cup Milk 1 Tblsp Worchestershire Sauce 3\4 tsp greek seasoning. 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Pepper
Mix together and pour over the grilled Steak. Bake at 350 F for about 45 min or less if warm. And close to an hour or so if coming out of the Fridge cold. Enjoy!!

Mashed Potatoes:

This recipe is just a bit of a gauge as to how much. It's not specific. Add more or less milk if needed. as well as season to taste

5lb bag of Red Potatoes 1/2 cup butter. 6oz cream cheese 1 cup sour cream

about 1 can evaporated milk (or regular can be used) adjust amount as needed

Add salt & garlic powder also brown some butter for topping after the potatoes are done

Directions: Boil potatoes. This will take a good half hour for sure. Drain completely. Pour into mixer bowl or use a hand mixer. Mash Potatoes, stirring several times. Then add Butter, salt & Garlic . Once whipped, add cream cheese & sour cream. Then begin by slowly adding milk until you reach the desired consistency. Stir and scrape the bowl a few times. Then you're done! Yum!

Peanut Butter Pie. ½ c. peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 8 oz. container Cool Whip, divided 8" pie crust, baked.

Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Put into prepared pie crust, saving ½ c. for top. Mix milk with vanilla pudding; add 1 c. Cool Whip and mix again. Put pudding mixture on top of crumb mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top of Cool Whip.

Garden or Mint Tea : put 30 oz water in a saucepan add 3/4 cup cane sugar handful oof fresh mint leaves bring to a boil. let boil for 1 minute then remove from burner. Let sit for another 5-10 minutes. Then Pour over ice. Enjoy!

Recado Chicken Sauce : 1/4 c vinegar 3 T soy sauce 2 T chicken base 3 T Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp brown sugar Dash of liquid smoke ( optional) 1 1/2 - 2 T of Recado ( achiote paste from amazon) Achiote Paste:https://amzn.to/3wGkzuX

Mix together and let set to dissolve recado. stir well. Next: I use a 9x13 pan with bone in chicken Season the chicken with lots of lawrys seasoned salt ( or similar) & black pepper. Plus 1/4 tsp oregano, thyme, curry, cilantro, and garlic powder. Then pour the recado liquid over the chicken. Put some onions and green peppers on top. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Or 250 for 3 hours. Make Rice of choice. Add in black beans and some seasoning. I don’t have a recipe this time. ( I triple or 4 x this recipe

Twice Baked Potatoes : Bake Potatoes until cooked. Let cool for a bit. Then scoop out filling and leave a little rim in the potatoes. Mix / whip filling til smooth. Then add in butter, sour cream, some cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, shredded cheese.

Then fill the potatoes with the filling. top with bacon bits, chives, and more cheese. Bake at 350 until heated through. One Pot Chicken Mix together 1 stick melted butter, some seasonings, and pour over Bone -in- chicken. I also added olive oil. Make sure chicken is nicely covered with sauce. Add in carrots and onion.Bake in the oven for 1.5 hours approximately. I covered it with foil.
